How much does headshot photography cost?

HUF 45,000 plus studio hire
The starting price includes an individual headshot session and 10 retouched photographs. Studio hire is a separate cost, with the amount depending on the chosen location and required booking time. I provide a bespoke quote in advance for several backgrounds, several outfits, a special background requirement or a company session involving several people.
The time spent giving you more direction, making adjustments or helping you settle in does not increase the photography fee. A longer studio booking may, however, increase the separate hire cost.

An individual headshot focuses on the professional portrait of one person. For a company session, we create portraits of several team members with consistent backgrounds, lighting and crops, either in a studio or using a temporary setup at the company location.
For a more varied series showing several situations, your working environment and content for regular use, brand portrait photography provides a more suitable framework.
Headshots and brand portraits can also be combined within a single session. Alongside several clean professional portraits, we create wider, more personal or working photographs, with the quote based on the complete collection required.

Headshot photography usually takes place in a studio because the light, background and consistency of the complete series can be controlled precisely. For company sessions, a temporary studio can also be created at the workplace.
Is studio hire included in the starting price?
Studio hire is not included in the HUF 45,000 starting price. The fee for the chosen studio and the required booking time are listed separately in the quote.
Which backgrounds can we use?
We can work with a light, dark, grey, neutral or company-branded background. The choice is adapted to the platform where the photograph will appear, your clothes and the professional impression you want to create.
What happens if we need more time to find the right expression?
Small adjustments and repetitions are a natural part of headshot photography, so additional guidance does not increase the photography fee by itself. A longer studio booking may, however, involve a separate hire cost.
What should I wear for headshot photography?
Choose clothes that suit your professional role and in which you feel comfortable. You can send photographs of the items you are considering in advance, allowing us to choose an outfit that works with the background and desired appearance.
What if I do not know how to pose?
You do not need to know how to stand in advance: I guide you throughout with your posture, shoulders, chin, gaze and facial expression.
Do you also offer company headshot photography?
Yes. For several team members, we can create portraits with consistent backgrounds and crops either in a studio or with a temporary setup at the company location. The quote is based on the number of people, location, background requirements and number of photographs required per person.
How many photographs will I receive?
The starting price includes 10 retouched photographs. You choose your favourites after the session, and you can order additional retouched images separately. For company sessions, we define the number of photographs delivered per person separately.
When will I receive the first photograph?
You receive one retouched headshot as a gift on the day of the shoot. We agree on the delivery time for the complete series in advance.
Will the photographs be retouched?
Yes. You receive the selected photographs professionally retouched. The editing brings consistency to the skin tone, light, colours and small details while preserving your natural appearance.
