Good event photography begins before the programme starts

Many important moments during an event happen only once. The more precisely I understand the programme, venue, key participants and intended use of the photographs, the more complete and useful the finished collection can be.

A detailed programme shows me where I need to be

Even a simple schedule is helpful. It is worth marking speeches, presentations, award ceremonies, formal ceremonies, cake cutting, surprises and every programme point that cannot be repeated.

When the event involves several venues, parallel programmes or a tight schedule, we determine in advance where I need to work at each time. This allows the photography to follow the event rather than having to design the complete coverage at the venue.

During wedding photography, the timing of the preparations, ceremony, shared photographs, dinner and evening programme is particularly important. We define which parts will be covered and allow enough time for travelling between locations.

We identify the important people and group photographs in advance

Organisers, speakers, company leaders, family members and guests of honour may not be recognisable without assistance. A short list of names or an on-site contact person makes it more likely that every important participant appears in useful photographs.

Group photographs can be created efficiently when we know the required arrangements, have a planned time and suitable location, and someone is available to help gather the participants.

For family and private events, it is particularly useful to identify the family members and generations you would like photographed together. This ensures that the important family arrangements are preserved alongside the spontaneous moments.

During corporate event photography, different subjects and image crops may be required for a website, press materials, LinkedIn or promotion of the next event. We collect these requirements during the initial discussion.

Yes. You can also request a quote for a short ceremony, presentation, award ceremony or smaller family occasion. The price still covers the complete assignment rather than only the time spent at the venue.

Can you create group photographs?

Yes. It is worth agreeing on the arrangements, suitable location and timing in advance. With a longer list, an on-site assistant can help gather the participants efficiently.

How will you know who the important guests are?

Before the event, you can request specific photographs of family members, speakers, company leaders or guests. At a larger event, a list of names or an on-site contact person can help identify them.

Can you create images suitable for business use?

Yes. We discuss in advance whether you need photographs for a website, social media, press materials, internal use or promotion of a future event.

Do you photograph complete wedding days?

Yes. I can cover a complete wedding day from the preparations to the evening celebration. A pre-wedding couples session is also part of the process, so we already know one another when the wedding day arrives.

How many photographs will I receive?

The number depends on the length of the event, the density of the programme and the number of participants. The aim is not to reach a predetermined number, but to deliver a complete and varied collection of the important moments.

Will the photographs be edited?

Yes. The photographs are carefully selected and consistently edited. The editing refines the light, colours and crops while preserving the natural atmosphere of the event.

Can I request a few photographs with expedited delivery?

Yes. A small selection can be delivered more quickly by prior agreement. This can be particularly useful for corporate events, press coverage or publication the following day.

How will I receive the photographs?

The final images are delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link. For business use, different file sizes can also be prepared when required.
