How corporate event photography is planned

The photography begins with understanding the programme, participants and images you need. We define the priorities in advance, allowing me to focus on the right moments and useful image types at the venue.

    We look at the type of event, the people attending, the platforms where the photographs will appear and the result you expect from the complete collection.

  2. We collect the programme and essential photographs

    I receive the important programme points, list of speakers and key guests, required group photographs, branded details and sponsor appearances in advance.

  3. I actively follow the event at the venue

    I photograph the presentations, conversations, audience reactions, meetings and details. I also follow changes to the programme and coordinate with the on-site contact person when required.

  4. I can prepare an expedited first selection when required

    When you need photographs on the same day or the following morning, we define the priority subjects, number of images and exact deadline in advance.

  5. I deliver the complete collection fully edited

    I carefully select and consistently edit the imagery, then prepare the files according to the agreed platforms and required sizes.

How do we plan the later use of your event photographs?

We begin with the most important platforms

Corporate event photographs may appear on a website, LinkedIn, in press materials, newsletters, internal platforms or promotion of the next event. It is worth defining the priority platforms before the photography begins.

Wider compositions with room for a title or graphic element work well as website hero images and invitations. Speaker profiles may require clean and recognisable portraits, while an event report needs a coherent sequence that tells the complete story.

I create both portrait and landscape compositions, allowing the same collection to be used across several platforms without heavily cropping every photograph afterwards.

We identify the important people and essential photographs in advance

It is worth preparing a list of speakers, company leaders, sponsors, award recipients and every participant who must appear in a usable photograph. A programme containing portraits or an on-site contact person makes them easier to identify quickly.

Essential images may include the complete venue, guest arrivals, stage, speakers, audience, networking, sponsor visibility, decoration and planned group photographs.

Logos, products, installations and other important details should also be identified separately, ensuring that they receive the right emphasis in the final collection.

Expedited delivery needs to be planned in advance

When you need photographs on the day of the event or the following morning, we define the subjects that should appear in the first selection.

We agree on the number of photographs, deadline, file sizes and the person who will receive them. This allows me to select and edit the priority images without delaying the complete collection.

Same-day or on-site delivery may require separate working time and technical preparation. The expected process and any additional cost are included in the quote.

Will the photographs be edited?

Yes. The delivered images are carefully selected and consistently edited. The editing refines the light, colour and crops while preserving the natural appearance of the event.

In which file sizes will we receive the photographs?

The files are prepared for the agreed uses. This may include web-optimised versions and higher-resolution files for press materials, presentations or print.

How will we receive the finished collection?

The photographs are delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link. Separate folders or file versions can be prepared when different departments or platforms require them.
