Before the shoot, I send you a short list of the most important tasks. Tidying away personal belongings, cleaning surfaces, making the beds and removing distracting small items usually make the greatest difference.
Can an empty property also be photographed?
Yes. Carefully chosen viewpoints are particularly important in an empty property because the photographs need to make the size and connection of the rooms understandable without furniture.
How long does the photography take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of the property and the number of photographs required. During the initial discussion, I provide a realistic time estimate so you can plan around the shoot.
When will the photographs be ready?
We agree on the delivery deadline before the shoot. Tell me during the first discussion if the photographs are required urgently for a listing or campaign.
Can distracting objects be removed during editing?
Minor distractions and small imperfections can often be corrected, but editing cannot fully replace tidying and preparing the property before the shoot.
