Commercial Automotive Photography in Budapest
When several vehicles need to be presented consistently on a website, in adverts, proposals or marketing materials, you need a planned photography system. We define the viewpoints, background, crops and editing so every vehicle belongs to the same visual world.
We can work with dealership stock, rental cars, company fleets, service vans, lorries, machinery or other commercial vehicles. The collection is adapted to where and how customers, partners or buyers will encounter it.
A suitable process can be created for both a one-off project and a regularly changing vehicle collection. With several vehicles, we do not invent a separate approach for each one; we build a repeatable system that can later be expanded with new arrivals.
For dealership stock, clear comparison may be the priority. Rental vehicles need a reliable and consistent presentation, while a service fleet may need imagery that reflects the company brand. Alongside complete vehicle views, we can create interior photographs, details, group images and more characterful marketing photographs.
We build the project around the intended use and the vehicle collection. We define the required photographs, organise the workflow at the location and photograph every vehicle according to the same visual system.
We discuss the number and type of vehicles, the location and whether the photographs are intended for a website, adverts, proposals, a campaign or internal use.
We define the required exterior views, interior photographs, details, crops and any featured marketing images. This gives every vehicle a necessary and comparable collection.
We coordinate cleaning, order, vehicle movement, key management and the on-site contact person. With a larger fleet, this allows the work to progress without unnecessary waiting.
We use identical or coordinated viewpoints, camera heights, backgrounds and crops. Vehicles with different sizes and designs are still fitted into the same visual system.
I select and consistently edit the final photographs and prepare them for the agreed platforms. With ongoing collaboration, new vehicles can later be added to the same system.

Bespoke quote
The quote is based on the number and type of vehicles, locations, number of photographs required per vehicle, complexity of the visual system, editing and required file versions. One company car, a complete fleet and regularly changing dealership stock each require a different workflow.
With a larger collection, it is also important to clarify when the vehicles will be available, who is responsible for cleaning and moving them and whether an on-site contact person will be present.

Contact
Leave your name and phone number, and I will call you back. We will discuss your business, the number and type of vehicles, where they are located, the platforms where the photographs will be used and whether you need a one-off project or ongoing collaboration. You can also send a detailed vehicle list by email.
Consistent business imagery
A company homepage, dealership stock page, rental proposal and campaign each require different images. During the initial discussion, we collect the platforms, aspect ratios and frequency with which the vehicles will appear.
On a stock page, comparable exterior and interior views may be the most important. An introduction page may also require wider environmental photographs, vehicles in use and group images.
A planned image list gives every photograph a specific purpose. Instead of creating many similar images, we produce a collection that covers the actual needs of the website, adverts and additional materials.
We establish identical or coordinated viewpoints, camera heights, backgrounds, crops and editing. Vehicles of different sizes do not need to look identical, but the photographs should clearly show that they belong to the same business.
We can define the exterior views, interior photographs, details and file versions required for each vehicle. This speeds up work at the location and makes it clear what needs to be photographed when a new vehicle arrives later.
Some featured vehicles may also receive a separate hero image or a more characterful campaign photograph. These can differ from the standard stock images while preserving the visual consistency of the complete collection.
The vehicles need to be clean, roadworthy and available in the agreed order. With a larger collection, it is useful to create separate areas for vehicles that have already been photographed and those still waiting.
An on-site contact person can manage the keys, move vehicles, check the required equipment and make sure the next vehicle is ready on time.
The photography area needs enough room for the required viewpoints while keeping the background, light and traffic predictable. At company premises, we can prepare or designate a permanent photography area when useful.
By documenting the viewpoints, crops and editing, new vehicles can be added to the earlier collection months later. This prevents new photographs from looking out of place on the website or stock page.
For an individual sales advert, used car photography provides a detailed and realistic image sequence. For a featured vehicle, campaign or striking hero image, the more characterful approach of a car photoshoot can also be incorporated.
With a regularly changing fleet or dealership stock, we can establish an ongoing collaboration. New vehicles are then photographed using the same image list and visual rules every time.
Car dealerships, fleet managers, long-term rental providers, leasing companies, transport businesses, service companies and any organisation where vehicles are a visible part of the service, sales process or brand presentation.
Alongside passenger cars, we can photograph vans, light commercial vehicles, lorries, machinery and other company vehicles. The location and technical approach are adapted to their size and design.
Yes. For dealership stock, we work with planned viewpoints and an image list so every vehicle is presented consistently, clearly and in a way that allows comparison.
Yes. A single company vehicle can receive a collection for a website, proposals or marketing materials. The quote is still based on the required photographs and practical execution.
We can work at your premises, another company location or a selected external setting. For several vehicles, your premises or a permanently available photography area is generally the most efficient solution.
The vehicles should be clean, have tidy interiors and enough fuel or charge to be moved as required. With a larger collection, we agree on the order, key management and the contact person responsible for moving them.
Yes. The realistic daily volume depends on the type of vehicles, detail of the image list, movement between positions, location and required setups. These factors are used to create a practical schedule in the quote.
Consistent viewpoints and crops form the basis of the system, but the image list is adapted to different vehicle types. A van, passenger car and piece of machinery may each require different details.
Yes. Alongside consistent stock or fleet images, selected vehicles can receive marketing photographs at a more characterful location, with separate lighting or a more complex concept.
Yes. I can remove or obscure the number plates in the final photographs on request. For a large vehicle collection, it is worth including this requirement in the initial quote.
The final photographs are prepared for the agreed platforms. This may include versions optimised for websites and adverts, together with higher-resolution files when required.
Yes. In that case, we establish a repeatable photography system to which newly arriving vehicles can be added without redesigning the complete approach each time.
The final cost depends on the number and type of vehicles, detail of the image list, locations, complexity of the photography system, editing and required file versions.
