Family Portrait Photography in Budapest
You are in the right place if you would like natural photographs of your family together. We work with simple situations, movement and clear guidance, so everyone does not need to behave perfectly or look at the camera at the same time.
Perhaps it has been a long time since you had a good photograph of the whole family, you would like to preserve an important period or the session is intended as a gift. The aim is to create a series in which you recognise yourselves both together and in smaller family groupings.
We work at a relaxed pace, allow time for the children and adapt each situation to the mood of the family. Good family photographs often depend on having enough freedom for everyone to be present naturally.
The series can feel relaxed, playful, intimate or clean. We can photograph the complete family, the parents, siblings and children, as well as smaller pairs and groupings.
We work with simple situations that make it easier to spend time together, move and pay attention to each other. I guide you throughout, so the session does not depend on everyone being able to pose at the same time.
We look at how many people will attend, the ages of the children, the photographs you would like, how you intend to use them and which location would be comfortable.
I help you with where to stand, what to do, when to look at me and when simply paying attention to each other is enough. The children also have time to move and take breaks.
After the shoot, you select your favourites. The starting price includes 10 retouched photographs, and you receive one additional retouched family image as a gift on the day of the session.
Starting price
HUF 45,000
The starting price includes 10 retouched photographs for a smaller family, usually at one location or two nearby locations. Adapting to the children’s pace, beginning more slowly and taking necessary breaks do not increase the cost. I provide a bespoke quote in advance for a larger family, several generations, studio hire, several or more distant locations, or a more complex idea.

My family and I felt relaxed and confident throughout the shoot; both the service and the experience itself were truly first-rate.
Contact
Leave one of your names and a phone number, and I will call you back. We will discuss how many people will attend, the ages of the children, the kind of photographs you would like and which location would be comfortable for your family. You can also contact me by email or Instagram if you would rather discuss everything in writing.
Preparing as a family
It is worth arranging the session around the children’s usual daily routine. It is generally easier to work with a well-rested child who has eaten than during nap time or at the end of a busy day when they are already tired and overstimulated. The time of day is therefore influenced by your family’s rhythm as well as by the light.
A location works well when it is safe, offers enough room to move and does not require the children to remain in one place throughout. A park or quieter outdoor setting is often more practical with younger children, while simpler and shorter setups may be more comfortable in a studio.
It is worth coordinating the clothes in colour and overall style, but everyone does not need to wear the same thing. Complementary colours and simpler patterns usually work well, while allowing each person to remain in clothes in which they can move comfortably.
A favourite toy, a small snack or another familiar object can also help. It is completely fine if the children first need to look around, move or focus on something else for a while. Alongside photographs of the complete family, we can also plan parent-and-child portraits, sibling photographs and smaller pairs.
This is completely normal. We work with movement, play and short, simple situations, so they do not need to stand still or look at the camera throughout the session.
We agree on the exact number in advance. The starting price applies to a smaller family, and I provide a bespoke quote for a larger family or several generations.

Choose clothes that complement each other in colour and overall style, but you do not need to dress identically. We can review the outfits you are considering before the session.
